This was our first experience with the One Polar range, and we were very impressed.
We took ours out and field-tested them whilst hill running, mountain biking, scrambling, etc, and can highly recommend them!! (Rubber strips for inserting in the channel to slow the roller down.) It is an awesome training aid and is similar to the Indo Board. It is great fun to use and really improves your balance for most sports.
The board is a standard deck with a plastic runner underneath to keep it attached to the roller. The roller is curved and each side can move on it's own making spins, etc, much easier to achieve. The roller is also attached to the board with an elastic strap, to avoid those incidents when it shoots off on it's own!!
