Click to enlarge | The One Polar 10 litre waist pack (aka activity belt, running belt, lumbar pack) has a slightly different design to the other waist packs featured on the Extreme Dreams online shop. The One Polar 10L waist pack is more like the traditional “lumbar pack” in shape.
Instead of sitting in the middle of the lower back, the One Polar 10L waist pack is longer, but not so high. Some people prefer this design, but this is down to personal preference.
MAIN POUCH
- Two-way zip with storm flap
- 2 internal compartments.
- Smaller compartment has a zip closure, so is ideal for keys, mobile phone, money, etc.
- Larger compartment will take a spare jumper/sweater, food or whatever else you want to carry....

However, if you are travelling and would prefer not to have this around your waist, the waist belt can be folded behind a specially designed flap, transforming this waist pack into a hand held or should carried bag.

This was our first experience with the One Polar range, and we were very impressed.
We took ours out and field-tested them whilst hill running, mountain biking, scrambling, etc, and can highly recommend them!! Sometimes you don’t want to carry too much kit, and a backpack may be too bulky. With this pack, we could carry food, water, and a spare top, along with keys, mobile phone, etc.
However, you don't have to run a marathon to appreciate this waist pack. The 8L pack can come in handy when walking the dog. Fill it with doggie things - poop bags, toys, treats, etc - and your own bits – mobile phone, torch, gloves,...
