PROTECTOR CASES
The unbreakable Peli Protector™ case range is watertight, airtight, dustproof, chemical resistant, corrosion proof and crushproof. These cases offer total protection in virtually any situation. And to prove this, all Peli products come with a Peli lifetime warranty, (see below.)
The body of the case is a structural copolymer resin. Incorporated into the shell of the case is a pressure purge valve to allow pressure equalisation. A neoprene "O" ring in the lid ensures that the tongue and groove seal remains watertight.
The hinges and handle interlocks form an integral part of the moulding, making it virtually impossible to break in the event of rough handling. A padlock facility (also an integral part of the moulding) keeps your property safe from roving hands.
Custom logo, custom foam inserts and custom colours are available for OEM applications. Used extensively by units of all major NATO armed forces, the Protector range of cases has seen action in all recent military events.
PELI PROTECTOR™ CASE IMPROVEMENTS
- The outer padlock holes have reinforced metal padlock protectors to ensure the case cannot be easily cut or pried open.
- Ergonomically designed handles are being introduced throughout the range of Protector Cases. These rubber over-moulded handles are lighter in weight, yet stronger and more comfortable to use.

FOAM INSERTS (optional extra, + £6.00)
All Peli Protector™ cases have an optional foam insert manufactured from Ester open cell foam. The Peli exclusive "Pick 'N' Pluck" foam provides an easy, do-it-yourself system for custom-shaping the interior of the case according to your equipment. Layers of foam are partially cut into tiny cubes. Simply measure your equipment, mark the outline on the foam (using chalk or similar), and pluck away.
