Mountain and Sea Guides is based in Applecross running all year
round adventure activity.
Our summer season is split between a
variety of sea kayaking trips, aimed at
beginner and intermediate levels, and
summer hill walking and
mountaineering.
In the winter our attention turns firmly
towards winter mountain walking,
climbing and safety skills traning
allowing a year of seasonally
adventurous activities from half day
trips to full multi day expeditions. |

Mountain-trips runs a range of bespoke instructional
courses in rock climbing, scrambling and
mountain walking within the U.K. Each
course is individually tailored for any
level, allowing you to learn the skills you
want to learn at your pace. Transport is
provided from the South East of England. |

S-Team Challenge To promote and to provide a
framework and structure to enable S-
TEAM Challenge to deliver effective
training programmes and services to
help disadvantaged teenagers and
adults experiencing a range of
disabilities (physical and mental) within
the community. Through offering
outdoor experiences such as wild
camping, hill walking, orienteering,
guided mountaineering and climbing
and other activities, our objective is to
build on and increase social skills, self-
belief, confidence and self esteem that
will enable each person to integrate
into society more effectively and to
create a better opportunity for
sustainable paid employment. It will
also give a clear direction and purpose
to those who have lost their way and
motivation in life.

Trek2Climb are a team of experienced trekking
and mountaineering professionals
both from the UK and Nepal, we pride
ourselves on our attention to detail
and safety. We specialise in adventure
trekking, climbing and mountaineering
expeditions both in the Nepal Himalaya
and Scotland. Trek to Everest Base
Camp, climb Island or Mera Peak, join
our major expeditions to Ama Dablam,
Baruntse, Kangchenjunga, Cho Oyu,
or the ultimate Mt Everest. Groups
and clubs are most welcome.
