1. Extreme Dreams is a small business based in Blairgowrie, Scotland. We are an internet business only, we do not operate a high street shop. We aim to promote extreme and adventure sports, and sell fun gear.
2. You can contact us by using our contact form. We welcome enquiries about our products. We regret not offering a phone service, but have found that this increases our operating costs
3. We mainly use Paypal, so if you are already a Paypal member, ordering is extremely simple.
4. We can also accept personal cheques and postal orders from the UK only. We will not send your order until the personal cheque has cleared. It takes 3 working days for cheques to clear. If you do wish to send a postal order or personal cheque, please contact us first, to check availability and receive full payment instructions.
5. The prices shown, include post and packaging costs to all mainland UK addresses. Most items are dispatched either by Royal Mail 1st class recorded or by Business Post courier services.
6. We mainly ship to mainland UK addresses. (If an item is listed with a
dispatch time of 10.30, this means it is being sent by courier. This will then cost extra to ship off the mainland, eg, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, N. Ireland, Hebrides, etc.) However, we can ship some items to most European Countries. The service used, will depend on the size and weight of the order. Please contact us, before placing your order, for full shipping costs to your country. We do not ship outside Europe. Please note that we mostly use UK Royal Mail (1st class/recorded) or Business Post to ship our products within mainland UK. We are unable to track items once they leave the UK, therefore orders lost outside of the UK postal system are not covered and risk of non-delivery is taken by you (the customer).
7. All products sold on this site are subject to the distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order, you can cancel your order at anytime after placing the order and up to 7 days after receiving the goods. (The 7 working day cancellation period starts the "day after" the day that the goods are received.)
8. All cancelled orders are expected to be returned to us unopened, DVDs must still be enclosed in their shrink wrapped film, tags must still be attached, packaging must be undamaged. The customer has to pay the cost of delivery back to us. Please email us before returning the goods, so we can inform you of the address to send the returned goods. We will refund your money, less p&p costs for initially sending the item to you, within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We must be notified of items damaged in transit within 24 hours and item must be returned within 7 days of notification.
9. If you have a complaint, please use our contact form to send it to us. We will handle your complaint fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily - always acknowledging a complaint within 2 working days.
10. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future nor pass your address to others. The information we will collect about you includes:
name, address, phone number, email address.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser unless modified. Email us for any further information.
11. We aim to deliver your order to you within 2 - 3 working days. However there may be occasions when a product has sold out, and the new stock has not yet arrived. (We try to make it clear when an item is out of stock, by either removing it from the shop, or placing a note at the top of the item description.) If you do order something that is out of stock, we will inform you within 1 working day and give you the opportunity to wait for the item or cancel the order if you feel the waiting time is too long.

13. We reserve the right to decline or rescind any order and refund your payment. We cannot be held responsible for errors in product descriptions or pricing arising from editorial or advertising or typographical errors on our part.
