If your order is for £20 or more, there will be a loyalty coupon at the bottom of your receipt. This loyalty coupon will contain the following information: "ID Code" "Coupon Value" "Valid Until" date Your ID Code will also be sent to you, via email, on the day your order is dispatched. HOW DO I USE MY LOYALTY COUPON? You simply redeem your coupon during checkout. Just enter the ID Code in the box provided, (when paying), and click on the redeem button. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE 1.The Loyalty Coupon, (LC), can only be used for items bought from the Extreme Dreams Online Shop at www.extremedreams.co.uk 2. The LC code will be issued to you with your receipt, and by separate email on the day your order is dispatched. 3. Any items that are not included in this scheme, (e.g. wholesale orders, special offers, bulk orders*, NUS discounted prices, already discounted deals, etc), will either be clearly marked within the item description, or are mentioned in this paragraph. * "Bulk orders" refers to an order of 3 or more of the same item. 4. The LC cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services. 5. We cannot give change from the coupons. You must use the whole coupon. 6. The coupons are valid for 12 months from the date you purchased your order. When you receive your LC, please check the "Valid Until" date. This date cannot be extended. 7. Once the LC has been used, it cannot be used again. 8. LCs will only be issued to, and can only be used for, customers with mainland UK addresses. 9 . The maximum LC issued on any sale will be £10.
